I’m Chengyu, a final-year Computer Science student at the University of Sydney. I like building things end-to-end — self-hosted infrastructure on my home NAS, small AI-powered tools, the occasional Cloudflare Workers project — and writing down what I learn along the way. Most of the posts on this site started as personal projects: deploying open-source software, wiring AI models into real workflows, and occasionally breaking (and fixing) my own servers.

Outside of that, I like hiking, travelling, gaming, and keeping up with new gadgets — and honestly, a good chunk of my “spare time” still goes into AI-assisted programming and side projects anyway.
